Provides an express clean to the interior of vehicles. Provide quality customer service to all customers who visit. “Express” clean the inside of vehicles by performing a quick wipe down of the doors, windows and dash and a quick vacuum. Use such materials as cleaning agents and vacuums.

Give fast, friendly customer service, operate cash register, and process payments.  Involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Able to answer questions customer’s may have and direct them to a manager when necessary. Works on a commission based pay and is required to up-sell to all customers.

Assists manager with the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility.   Manages people both directly and indirectly.  Manages inventory and handles customer complaints/vehicle damage claim reports.  Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility.  Handles scheduling for all car wash personnel.  Contributes to building of team environment. Works closely with the Site Manager to spot any potential safety hazards and correct them in a timely manner.

The car wash manager who is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. This will include customer relations, car wash maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability and most importantly ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered to each customer. Must be honest and team player.
